Quietly located on the outskirts of this renowned Norfolk village but still within easy reach of the centre is this quaint little character cottage tucked into the middle of a terrace of three.North Cottage is comfortably furnished and offers an ideal retreat for a small family or single traveller for short breaks or longer at any time of year. Stripped wooden stable latch doors, beams (beware low ceilings!) add to the ambiance of the cottage. Night store heaters heat each room and there is also an electric effect woodburner in the living room, for cosy cooler evenings. In front of the cottage is a little ‘hankerchief’ size open patio area, just perfect for a beverage or two after a busy day exploring the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
Off road parking for one car at the rear or one space across the road in the community hall. Entrance into living area with door through to the stone floor breakfast kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with freezer compartment, tables and chairs, plus underfloor heating. Electric hob/oven. Staircase from kitchen to small landing with two bedrooms, one with twins and the other with a double. Modern bathroom having bath (shower over), WC and washbasin.

Coastal properties are also very popular and many are booked by the same families for the same time every year and that is why we suggest booking early! We also have a couple of caravans on Manor Park in Hunstanton if guests are looking for a site with entertainment for everyone included swimming pool!
