At low tide take the steps from the promenade and wander along the pebbly beach overlooked by dramatic stripped cliffs, perfect for fossil hunting and nature watching.The Garden Flat is a lower ground floor apartment, facing the sea front, accessed down external steps, with private parking to the rear. Inside you will find spacious interiors, ideal for a family holiday or friends looking for an off-season getaway where the family dogs are also very welcome. The west-facing sitting-room has cosy sofas and a Smart TV for relaxing evenings in after busy days exploring, and the separate kitchen/diner has all the equipment you will need to cook a holiday meal. There are two bedrooms both with oodles of space, a double with en suite shower room and a twin-bedded room, ideal for adults or children, along with a family bathroom. Accessed via external steps from the kitchen you will find a charming Mediterranean style private courtyard.
With easy access to the stunning coast and nearby facilities of Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton you may decide to have a car free holiday and just enjoy the local amenities. If you do choose to explore further afield there are plenty of places a short drive away including Thornham with an interesting modern gallery, fabulous farm shop and Eric’s Pizza and Fish & Chips (ideal if the chef wants a night off!). The RSPB reserves at Titchwell Marsh and Snettisham will keep budding ornithologists happy whilst the Coasthopper bus route will take you on a scenic journey of the area. However you plan to spend your time, The Garden Flat is the perfect base for your Norfolk escape.

Please note that the steps are very steep at the rear, but access is easier via the front with 7 wide steps.

Ground floor accommodation is very popular so be warned and book them early! Coastal properties are also very popular and many are booked by the same families for the same time every year and that is why we suggest booking early! We also have a couple of caravans on Manor Park in Hunstanton if guests are looking for a site with entertainment for everyone included swimming pool!
