Sancia is a stylish two-bedroom detached bungalow situated in a peaceful location in the heart of the charming seaside village of Holme-next-the-Sea. The charming village pub/restaurant is a short stroll away and the beach just a 20-minute walk across the local golf course where you will find stunning views across The Wash towards the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Sancia has a spacious well-equipped kitchen and a separate lounge/diner overlooking the large south facing garden which enjoys day-long sunshine, perfect for alfresco dining from dawn until dusk. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with 4’ beds, ideal for either children or adults and a family shower room with WC and washbasin.

The village centre is a short stroll away where you will find the start of the famous Peddlars Way walking route which leads to Thetford, or perhaps visit the picturesque neighbouring village of Old Hunstanton with a fabulous seaside café and a long sandy beach, perfect for wind and kite surfers. The pretty village of Thornham is also close by with some gorgeous views and The Old Coal Barn, a photographer’s delight.
