First floor: Four bedrooms; Bedroom one with double bed. Bedroom two with double bed & en-suite with walk-in shower, washbasin and wc. Bedroom three with a single bed. Bedroom four with bunks (only suitable for children). Three bedrooms have sea views. Family bathroom with bath (power shower over), washbasin and wc.

Garden: The private fully enclosed garden has the benefit of afternoon sunshine, with a patio area.
Parking: At the front is the driveway offering ample car/boat parking space.
