All on one level, Willow Cottage is light and airy thanks to Velux windows in the open plan living area. The stylish kitchen area has all the equipment you will need on your holiday including the all-important slimline dishwasher. Gather everyone around the dining table to chat about the adventures of the day or catch a movie on the Smart TV in front of the wood-burner; this really is a home for all seasons. The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished and share the well-designed shower room with large walk-in shower.
Outside the gardens are simply delightful with a large lawned area which is ideal for the family dogs and children to let off steam. The patio is perfectly placed for alfresco dining from dawn until dusk, the best holiday pastime.
Dersingham village centre is a gentle stroll away where you will find village shops and two great pubs, ideal if the chef fancies a night off. The Royal Sandringham Estate borders the village, and you can explore the 60 acres of parkland either on foot or follow a variety of trails amongst the woodlands by bike. There’s a play area for children, ideal for burning off some energy under the woodland canopy. Should you choose to explore further afield, head for the coast and the stunning sandy beaches of Old Hunstanton with fabulous beach café and colourful beach huts. Hunstanton is a charming town with a great collection of independent shops and the iconic red stripped cliffs; a must see for any visitor to the area.

Ground floor accommodation is very popular so be warned and book them early! Coastal properties are also very popular and many are booked by the same families for the same time every year and that is why we suggest booking early! We also have a couple of caravans on Manor Park in Hunstanton if guests are looking for a site with entertainment for everyone included swimming pool!
