Bedroom two with twins. TV and washbasin ( this room overlooks the conservatory). Large lounge/diner overlooking the sea with plenty of children’s games. Hall with staircase and leads to large conservatory overlooking the garden. Separate WC (no washbasin). Bathroom with bath (shower over) and washbasin. Fitted kitchen overlooking the rear garden and with larder cupboard. Door through to outer lobby with walk-in larder with fridge/freezer. Door to rear garden and step down to integral garage.

First floor: large landing with stair gate - a perfect play space for children but adults must be aware of the low eaves ceilings. This area has a sofa and TV. Bedroom three with king size bed together with full size wooden cot. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. There is a small balcony seating area overlooking the sea suitable for star or sea gazing.
