Situated in an enviable position in Hunstanton, with views of the lighthouse and close to the beautiful coastline, Clifftops is a spacious holiday home with versatile accommodation, perfect for either a family holiday or a group of friends looking for a Norfolk escape.
From the moment you arrive you will start to relax and re-charge. The ground floor is home to a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to create a holiday meal, including the all-important dishwasher. The open plan sitting/dining room invites guests to socialise around the dining table or perhaps watch a movie on the Smart TV after a busy day exploring. You will also find a conservatory, perfect for morning coffee, evening aperitifs and everything in between. Each bedroom at Clifftops has zip and link beds, ideal for flexible stays. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, the master bedroom having an en suite shower room and there is also a separate wet-room, perfect for rinsing salty toes after a day on the beach.
Climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find bedroom three with views towards the sea and sandy beaches. There is also a separate bathroom so no queuing for facilities here! Please note there are some sloping ceilings on the first floor.
Head outside and you will find a delightful garden with lawn, mature shrubs and large sunny patio for alfresco dining from dawn until dusk. The charming summerhouse provides shade from the summer sun. There is parking for three cars on the driveway to the front of the property.
The town centre is a short stroll away with a selection of cafes, bars and independent shops all within easy reach. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the beach café next to the RNLI station or treat yourself to find dining at The Neptune, a fabulous Michelin star restaurant. The whole family will enjoy a trip aboard the Coastliner, a bus which takes in the gorgeous scenery around ‘Sunny Hunny’ to Cromer and Sheringham. Perhaps a day on the beach is in order, or for the more adventurous paddle boarding, kayaking or kite surfing! From wildlife spotting to walking the coast path, Clifftops is perfectly placed for all your Norfolk adventures.

Ground floor accommodation is very popular so be warned and book them early! Coastal properties are also very popular and many are booked by the same families for the same time every year and that is why we suggest booking early! We also have a couple of caravans on Manor Park in Hunstanton if guests are looking for a site with entertainment for everyone included swimming pool!
